I'm taking mornings 3mg and and three at night before bed. Stay in a fasted state to maintain elevated GH levels and only take bcaa for muscle preservation. In lab test quality sleep, seeing results in volume found to help with pain in rotator cuff occasionally but nothing major, after test ipamorelin, pain shows completely gone. Didn't realize until recently. Amazing product!
